It includes 2 coffee extraction functions, espresso (40 ml) and lungo (110 ml), both programmable if you want to modify the cup size, and milk frothing is done with the help of the third button. The milk tank is compact and includes 3 settings for Espresso Macchiato, Cappuccino, and Latte Macchiato. Milk coffee recipes are prepared in the „One Shot” formula, so it is important to determine from the beginning how much milk you want to froth, using the two settings on the milk tank.
Two other very pleasant aspects of using Lattissima One are the automatic cleaning system for the milk frothing device and the descaling alert - the espresso machine will notify you when descaling is necessary, through the intermittent signal of the specific LED.
