Q: Are my Details Secure?
A: Yes. At Compu-Ghana, we take your privacy seriously. For more information please see the Compu Ghana Privacy Policy. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Compu Ghana does not store your personal credit card information neither will we ask for this to process any returns.

Q: I did not receive what I ordered. Why did this happen?
A: There may be times when a mistake has been made and items from your order are missing or incorrect items are delivered to you. If possible, you should go through your delivery with the driver to confirm that the right products you ordered is what has been delivered. If something is missing or incorrect, please give us a call and we will do all we can to resolve it as soon as possible.

Q: How do I make Changes or Cancel my order?
A: Just give us a call or email info@compughana.com and we can find out and let you know if its still possible to make changes or cancel. However if the delivery has already been dispatched, cancellations will not normally be possible.

Q: How does CompuGhana online Shop work?
A: The CompuGhana online shop has been made very simple and easy for the convenience of our customers who cannot come to our showrooms to browse through our products and place orders and have it delivered to them.

Q: Can I collect my Products instead of having them Delivered?
A: Sure, you Can! We have collection points around Accra for your convenience. Select "Collection" as your delivery method and instead of a delivery slot, you will be given a time from when your order can be collected.

Q: How long will it take for my Products to be Delivered?
A: Currently,CompuGhana delivers to the whole of Accra and Tema only. We will expand our delivery operations to other regions soon. Delivery time varies based on the products you are ordering and your location. However, we guarantee to deliver all orders between 2 and 3 working days from placing your order and making payment.

Q: Do you still Deliver in heavy rains?
A: Yes, We do! On very rare occasions, severe localised flooding may prevent access to your property for our delivery vehicles but, otherwise, We deliver come rain or shine.

4. Create an Account with us by filling the form that appears or Login if you already have an account with us.

5. Input your Billing Information, Address and Payment Method.

6. Review your Order, Accept our Terms and Conditions and Place your Order.

7. Follow the procedures on the next page to make payment based on the payment mode you selected.
